The ideal candidate will be responsible for removing burrs and sharp edges from metal parts and components, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for the next stage of production. This role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate deburring machines and hand tools to remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from parts.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.Follow production schedules and maintain efficient workflow to meet deadlines.Conduct routine maintenance on deburring equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.Document production activities and maintain records as required.This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity that can lead to multiple career advancement avenues.
