The Milk Receiver hooks up and unloads tankers in a timely fashion. Run quality tests on milk and CIP tankers, including hook ups as well as chemical tests. Load out cream and condensed milk and perform all quality tests. Complete master sanitation and CIP of all raw cream and milk silos.
