This job allows you to work remotely.
Our client builds leading-edge Enterprise Asset Management software to help some of the world’s largest organizations manage millions of fleet and fixed assets in over fifty countries. They enable customers to mine mission-critical data to optimize the maintenance of their assets.
They are seeking an Intermediate Data Analyst who thrives on troubleshooting and multitasking to resolve issues that align with our customer's mission-critical requirements.
You will be part of a team involved in configuring system integrations to and from third-party software to our suite of Cetaris applications. You'll participate in automating, identifying and resolving issues affecting the deployment of the integrations, and documenting module layouts, user guides and technical details to support customers’ effective use of non-standard integration points. The Integration product team is a friendly, collaborative group of people, passionate about exceeding our customers’ expectations, using Agile methodologies and paired development.
What you will do: With learning support from the team, become a Subject Matter Expert in transportation and asset management business user needs and application business rules.
Work with requirements analysis, product and development teams to identify necessary interfaces between systems and prepare system integration-related recommendations.
Map customer and data vendor data models to their Enterprise Asset Management systems master data models.
Write T-SQL database queries as part of the integration requirements analysis and configuration processes.
Configure, test, and maintain system integration interfaces to achieve successful data exchange between third-party systems and their Enterprise Asset Management system.
Design interface specifications that are reusable across a diverse range of customers.
Help to improve established data integration analysis and configuration standards, tools and methodologies, and process documentation.

Must Have Skills: 3-4 years’ experience with data analysis involving data integration, ideally in a software development environment.
Thrive on learning new systems, problem-solving, and managing the flow of large amounts of data.
Easily grasp and interpret complex business concepts/processes/rules.
Possess advanced intermediate knowledge of T-SQL, and database query writing is an area where you shine.
Ability to read and interpret XML.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and the Microsoft Office and Windows platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts in user-friendly terms.
Nice to Have Skills: Experience in systems analysis and design in large, complex systems environments.
Previous exposure to paired development.
Powershell experience and other scripting languages are also helpful.
Experience with well-implemented Agile, team decision-making, and ability to contribute ideas to help evolve our process.
Familiar with asset management or equipment maintenance industries and the curiosity to learn!
