Build High-Quality Solutions: Develop efficient, reusable, and scalable software solutions that meet real business needs.

Must Have Skills:
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5 years of backend and web services development experience in languages like Ruby, Python, Golang, Rust, or NodeJS.
Quality-Focused: Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with REST APIs, web sockets, microservices.
Cloud Tools: Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform is a big bonus.
Data Tools: Proficient in Postgres or equivalent SQL databases.
Team-Oriented: A passion for collaboration, learning, and helping your team grow.
Interview Process - 3 Steps:
30 minute online video call (or in person at office - your choice) with the Technical Lead.
Take home Technical Assessment (Backend Challenge - Not timed).
Onsite Meeting with the team + CTO.
Decision.
