The Senior Business Analyst, Supply Chain Planning role is responsible for leading and guiding the team to ensure smooth execution of planning processes and maintaining system integrity. The position involves providing training and support to ensure tasks align with company standards, policies, and best practices. Additionally, this role will play a key part in supporting critical projects, including system improvements and integrations.

What you will do:
Act as an analytics SME for Supply Chain functions and Partners (distribution etc.)
Apply project management skills (Lean, FPX, Agile, etc.) to effectively deliver analytics use cases to the business, on time and as expected
Collaborate and communicate across our extended team and primary stakeholders to deploy analytics use cases to drive adoption of new capabilities and retire old processes
Introduce new ideas to shift our organizations ways of working, improving speed to insight
Partner with internal stakeholders to drive process improvement and automation
Identify business processes, document their workflow in process maps which reflect the relationship between the Role and the technology platforms, and identify wastage and opportunities to automate
Upgrade, automate, and/or improve existing reporting and analytic tools as needed
Drive the identification and business case development of advanced analytics use cases within supply chain
Use innovative technologies to solve complex business problems
Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of our supply chain business end-to-end
Drive for Results: Sets plans and prioritizes, working with others to ensure that they understand their assignments and performance expectations. Measures progress towards goals and quickly redirects efforts as needed. Analyzes job duties to determine wasteful practices that could be improved.

What you will bring:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree required; focused degree in Analytics, Engineering, or Business preferred
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience required
Experience with data visualization and dashboard development in Power BI or Tableau required
Experience in process automation using tools such as Excel, Power Automate or Power BI
Experience or solid understanding of database concepts and technologies such as MS Access, SQL, or Microsoft Azure
Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred
Experience with technologies which have growing business importance like Alteryx, Power Automate, Python, etc. preferred
Process Excellence experience/training or certification (Lean, Six Sigma, FPX, Agile, etc.) preferred
