Responsibilities
Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.

Resolve product and service related problems.

Represent the company within various economic and social organizations.
Co-ordinate and monitor budget and departmental resources.
Identify different programs that will benefit the ultimate goal of the company.
Evaluate the operations of establishments that provide services to business.
