World class benefits, retirment, PTO and compensation Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Managed Care and Employee Benefits Litigation Associate to join our esteemed legal team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex cases related to managed care and employee benefits litigation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare litigation and ERISA litigation. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, specifically in the areas of managed care and employee benefits litigation. Responsibilities: Represent clients in managed care and employee benefits litigation matters, providing robust legal support and advice. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes for our clients. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements. Stay up-to-date with the latest legal trends and regulations affecting managed care and employee benefits. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure the best legal service delivery. Advise clients on the legal implications of managed care and employee benefits decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic legal advice. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managed care and employee benefits litigation. Proven experience in healthcare litigation and ERISA litigation. Strong knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to managed care and employee benefits. Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
