Title: Application Support Specialist

Salary: 100,000-130,000

Company Summary:

A high frequency trading firm is looking to bring on a Trading Application Support Specialist to its Montreal team. Here you'll be responsible for delivering production support, providing technical support during trading operations, and ensuring the trading applications and environment are optimized and uninterrupted.

What you'll do:

• Providing assistance for proprietary trading systems used across a multi-platform environment
• Providing technical support during trading operations
• Resolving issues affecting the trading process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in application support or a similar field
• Must be proficient in Python
• Knowledge in network support is a plus
• Top-notch communication skills, and experience in providing support to all levels

This role must sit in the firm's Montreal office working in person 5 days per week.
