  • Document product volumes accurately using basic mathematical conversions and recording information to customer spec with work orders and other production forms
  • Keep packaging area organized, sometimes by moving material via pallet jack, forklift, or by hand

What we're looking for
Education or experience in the world of manufacturing. Three or more years of related schooling or working in an industrial environment will make transitioning into a new production line much quicker and more comfortable.
Quality and quantity are equally important. We understand and agree to the old saying "don't sacrifice quality for quantity", but we have completion deadlines and production quotas that must be met, as our customers expect their orders to be ready on time.
Loyalty, dedication, grit, and reliability. We don't require an unreasonable amount of schedule flexibility, as we typically work days and are off on weekends, so your attendance and determination during the regularly scheduled work week is of high importance.
Familiarity, knowledge, and organization. Having a background in a packing department, warehouse management, or any industrial role, will make taking on this role and learning our processes that much easier.
If you do not meet these requirements but possess the drive and desire to learn and grow with the company, we encourage you to apply anyways.
