Description Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Your communication and problem-solving skills will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for resolution while adhering to company guidelines.
- Meet performance targets, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
