Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, providing information about products, services, and promotions. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Problem Resolution: Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving complaints or concerns in a courteous and effective manner. Escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Data Entry: Accurately log customer information and interaction details in the company's CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues, ensuring that they are satisfied with the resolution provided.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
