Job Description
Under general direction, with latitude for independent initiative and judgement, plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the client navigator environment.
- Supervise, plan, coordinate, monitor and train staff.
- Troubleshoot problems with clients, traffic flow and computers.
- Disseminate information to staff.
- Prepare reports, analyze data and recommend changes to enhance client relations and flow of traffic in facility
Minimum Qualifications Assignment Level II
1. High School diploma or GED; and
2. Two (2) years of full-time customer service experience, including one (1) year of supervisory/administrative experience; and
3. Good written and oral English communication skills; and
4. Computer skills, including word processing, spread sheet and/or database software programs
