Job Description
Under general direction, with latitude for independent initiative and judgement, plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the client navigator environment.

  1. Supervise, plan, coordinate, monitor and train staff.
  2. Troubleshoot problems with clients, traffic flow and computers.
  3. Disseminate information to staff.
  4. Prepare reports, analyze data and recommend changes to enhance client relations and flow of traffic in facility

Minimum Qualifications
Assignment Level II
1. High School diploma or GED; and
2. Two (2) years of full-time customer service experience, including one (1) year of supervisory/administrative experience; and
3. Good written and oral English communication skills; and
4. Computer skills, including word processing, spread sheet and/or database software programs
