Customer Service Representative
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $20 to $25/hr
Location: San Jose, CA
Experience: At least 1 year ofCustomer Service experience

Customer Service Representative Job Duties include:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  
• Process new policies, and changes to existing ones and facilitate cancellations and renewals
  
• Resolve customer situations, complaints, and claims effectively and professionally
  
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through need-based conversations
  
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database
  
• Other duties as assigned

Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills include:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Customer Service Representative Requirements may include:

• Must have at least a high school diploma
  
• Must have 1 year of previous work experience
  
• Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Must have strong attention to detail, be proactive, and problem-solve
  
• Must have basic knowledge of computer skills
  
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  
• Must provide 3 professional references
