A property management organization in Laguna Woods is searching for a Customer Service Rep . The ideal candidate will be a motivated, multi-tasker who can hit the ground running in their Resident Services Division.The Resident Services Division is the organization's central customer service hub for all resident inquiries. Representatives handle a large volume of resident phone calls and service requests with the highest level of patience and professionalism.This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM. The pay is $20/hour.

Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:
- Answers a large volume of telephone calls and personal resident requests for service.
- Solicits and enters pertinent data into computer system.
- Schedules work to the satisfaction of the resident.
- Prepares appliance replacement cost estimates and contracts.
- Provides status updates of service requests to residents as requested.
- Participates in a wide-range of customer service activities.
Customer Service Rep Qualifications: - Must communicate pleasantly and effectively with the residents of who represent many different locales and/or foreign countries.
- Able to type fast and accurately.
- Able to prioritize and make decisions quickly.
- Background in troubleshooting or IT a plus!
