Location: AlphaBEST Innovation Center in Winston-Salem, NC
As an AlphaBEST Customer Care Representative, you'll bring your A-game daily as you: - Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every phone call and interaction
- Resolve customer concerns when questions or concerns arise regarding programs, registrations, student management system, accounts, and billing.
- Have fun
- Showcase AlphaBEST's core values to our customers
- Build customer loyalty
- Complete reports regularly that provide leadership a picture of your area of responsibility
Here's what you'll need: - Bilingual in English and Spanish languages is a plus
- An obsession to make every customer happy
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Two years' experience and a proven track record of impeccable customer satisfaction
