Supportive, Fun Team Environment: Join a team dedicated to positivity, teamwork, and providing exceptional care every day. $500 Signing Bonus A Day in the LifeAs a Pediatric Dental Assistant, youll be essential in delivering high-quality patient experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment. Daily responsibilities include: Arrive at 7:30 a.m. for a morning huddle and prepare to welcome patients. Escort patients and families, update medical history, take x-rays, and guide them through each step of their appointment. Keep accurate records, enter treatment plans and clinical notes, and schedule follow-up appointments. Ensure operatories are clean, stocked, and ready for each patient, and maintain cleanliness in all office areas. Support dentists and hygienists chairside, promoting same-day treatments and effective communication of pre/post-op instructions. Serve 50-70 patients daily with a team of 6-10, contributing to inventory management and enhancing patient care skills. Finish each day positively, looking forward to another productive day with the team! What Were Looking ForThis role is for you if: You love working with children and creating a welcoming environment for families Youre organized, attentive to detail, and committed to exceptional patient care Youre motivated to grow, eager to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team You have a current RDA license You have previous pediatric dental and/or orthodontic experience (preferred but not required) You have Nitrous Oxide and Coronal Polishing Certifications (preferred but not required) You can commit to MondayThursday with half-day Fridays, plus occasional Saturdays (twice per month) You can work at the Sugar Land location This role is not for you if...
