Job Description This is a remote contract role for a Donation Management Specialist. The Donation Management Specialist will provide excellent customer service by taking inbound calls from donors for various charities, non-profit and for-profit companies. This position will require excellent data and financial security protocols. As well as, accurate data entry. There are no health benefits offered, and it is a contract position (1099).

Requirements Requirements - Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual a plus
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively in handling customers' issues
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service software, preferred
- MUST pass a background check
- Must have a PC with Windows 10 or 11...**Chromebook, I-pad, and Mac computers are NOT compatible**
- Must have high speed internet (hardwired only, not Wi-Fi)
- Must have a dedicated phone line without voice mail.
- High school diploma or higher preferred
