Job Description This is a remote contract role for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will provide excellent customer service by answering product and service questions, taking orders, troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints, and performing other customer service functions. The Customer Service Specialist will also maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements - Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual a plus
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively in handling customers' issues
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service software, preferred
- Must have a PC with Windows 10 or 11...**Chromebook, I-pad, and Mac computers are NOT compatible**
- Must have high speed internet (hardwired only, not Wi-Fi)
- Must have a dedicated phone line without voice mail.
- High school diploma or higher preferred
