Job Overview:
- Maintains adequate levels of department supplies related to WCT procedures with SSP
- Has a good working knowledge of sterile fields and techniques.
- Assists WOCNs or APP as needed. Complies with standards of practice in these areas.
- Application and changing of compression wraps, provides assistance to WOCN for wound vac changes and possibly changing simple wound vacs on your own, taking a wound vac down before assisting a WOCN with a complex wound vac, troubleshooting any wound vac issues, physically assisting WOCNs with patients during assessments, and completing simple wound rechecks.

Required: Certifications/Licenses/Education:
- Basic Life Support: Health Care Provider, within six months of hire.
- Completion of a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Successfully complete PCT classes as required by care center/unit.
- Previous patient care or nursing assistant experience desired.
- One to two years related patient care experience and/or training (or an equivalent).
- One to two years education in exercise science, general A&P classes or the sciences desired.
