HVAC Estimator required experience:
Minimum five years in new construction residential estimating and bidding for prospective contracts.
Manual J Wright Suite Software experience required. Must be familiar with current Florida energy and mechanical codes and be able to run the required calculations. Must be able to design the HVAC duct layouts, select equipment and prepare material takeoffs.
Pay commensurate with experience.
