For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members ( | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM)nnNight Shift:nnWednesday nights 6:00pm to 5:00am,nnThursday night 6:00pm to 5:00am,nnFriday night 6:00pm to 6:00am,nnSaturday night 6pm to 12:00amnnBasic Qualifications:nn• Must be 18 years of age or oldernn• Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's licensenn• Must possess journeyman HVAC license in the state, county or city jurisdiction in which work will be performednn• Three (3) years prior experience required as an HVAC techniciannnPreferred Qualifications:nn• Five (5) years' experience as HVAC technician in commercial setting is preferred.nnResponsibilities:nn• Assist the Critical Facility Technician with testing and making roundsnn• Ensure strict adherence to critical facility work rule and safety proceduresnn• Communicate and adhere to applicable Federal, State, and local rules, codes, and regulationsnn• Operate standard office equipment using basic computer skillsnn• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for daily communication and reportsnn• Perform physical counts of inventory on job sites and at facilitiesnn• Ensure inventory is stored properly for inventory type (ex: sensitive electronics are temperature controlled)nn• Assist with the daily/weekly/monthly walk-through of customer facilities in support of data center(s) and office operationsnn• Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipmentnn• Assist with scheduling of preventative maintenance, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance with minimal disruption of building servicesnn• Respond quickly to emergency situations and customer concernsnn• Ensure Critical Facilities Technician, Contract Manager and/or Customer receive timely verbal and written operating reports regarding critical systems and ongoing preventative maintenancenn• Escort subcontractors as requirednnA good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.nnMilitary and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply.nnREQNUMBER: 100967nnAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
