• Schedule: Full Time hours Monday-Friday-- IN OFFICE. (Shifts between 8AM-8PM)
• Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Call Center Representative Job Description:

• Handle customer complaints and requests in a fast-paced, high-volume call center with a focus on professionalism and accuracy.
• Process and document mail correspondence, research issues, prepare refund paperwork, and schedule hearings as needed.
• Maintain excellent attendance and utilize strong communication skills to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Call Center RepresentativeJob Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of high-volume call center experience.
• Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
