Job Title: Controller
Job Location: Fonda, IA
Work Schedule: Hybrid with 2-3 days on-site
Salary: $150k-$175k base salary + 10% Bonus + Comprehensive Health Benefits + 401k with up to 4% Company Match

Must have:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5-8+ yrs of Accounting experience
• Previous experience being a Controller
• Superior MS Excel skills, including pivot tables

Nice-to-Have:

• CPA
• Public accounting experience
• Agriculture and distribution experience

Job Details

My client is looking for a Controller who will be responsible for managing 12 direct reports, and will oversee accounting, budgeting, and reporting. The will also be responsible for working with the banks and auditors to conduct the audits, provide accurate and timely financials, and will help build out a system of controls for buying, inventory tracking & costing.

Must have:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5-8+ yrs of Accounting experience
