This is a part-time position and we are offering a $6,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).

Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.

Passavant Community is a Continuing Care Retirement Community where residents can receive as little or as much care as they need.

nn

Provides assistance to professional nursing staff in the care of residents/patients through performance of routine direct and indirect resident/patient care activities, according to established policies and procedures.  Maintains resident/patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality.  Promotes resident/patient acceptance of treatment goals and responds promptly to overall resident/patient needs.

This position will rotate between 2 shifts either 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. or 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Qualifications

    n
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • n
  • Current Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Certification; Must be listed on state nurse aide registry and without allegations.
