Pro Staff is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to support our dynamic team in Maple Lake, MN. Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to person for both internal and external customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Your role involves multitasking, prioritizing requests, and striving to create positive outcomes for both the company and its clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Understand products to provide expert support and advice. Act as the main contact for assigned accounts, including customers, dealers, and distributors. Process sales orders and update customers on shipping status. Handle warranty returns from start to finish. Offer technical assistance for part number inquiries. Support Field Account & Promotions Managers and Sales Managers with administrative tasks. Communicate clearly and promptly to resolve issues and concerns. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years in customer service or account management. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and self-motivated. Comfortable with extended periods of sitting or standing and walking around the facility. Able to handle exposure to noise, dust, odors, heat, and cold.
