This position requires resolving basic customer requests with the ability to explain basic company policies to customers in a pleasant and professional manner, identify who will handle more complex calls and transfer accordingly. The rep will refer sales leads. May use FPLs Predictive Dialer System to contact all types of customers regarding their past due accounts and respond to their requests, inquiries or complaints. Position emphasizes public relations (Assist Agencies Inquiries & MESP) and effective Revenue Risk Management as well as provides a variety of information regarding the company.
