General Facilites Technician with electrical experience / license
Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
• Perform electrical wiring and installation of fixtures and outlets.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and identity root cause problem solving.
• Read and interpret blueprint, schematics, and technical drawing.
• Collaborate with other internal customers and external venders to ensure proper installation and integration of electrical work is completed.
• Test electrical system and devices with specialized tools to ensure proper function and safe operation.
• Provide support for all general facilities sitework. Waste water and or Haz waste material handling.
• Coordinate site work with stakeholders to meet the requirements of the site Manufacturing operation.
• Work will support the site 24-hour manufacturing operations
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program or relevant work experience
• Valid electrician license or certification as required by the state regulations.
• A strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawing.
• Experience working with power tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit to perform tasks that require lifting heavy objects of working in confined spaces.
• Experience clean room operations, gowning, GMP and SOP documentation,
• License or knowledge of industrial wastewater operations - Grade 2 Operator.
• Haz waste material handling, RCRA certification.
Skills:
• Experience in both commercial and industrial electrical work.
• Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems
• Familiarity with facilities manufacturing operations and maintenance.
