Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance to service representatives
- Train and mentor other technicians
- Stay updated on technical knowledge and equipment
- Effectively handle customer complaints and troubleshoot system faults
- Accurately prioritize and schedule job tasks
- Complete all required paperwork and communication
- Provide sales support and identify potential leads
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Report performance issues to supervisor
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Meet all working requirements in specific environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience
- One year of lead or supervisory experience
- 2 yrs of commercial HVAC experience
