Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC and related equipment. Coordinate specific agreements or projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical assistance to service representatives
• Train and mentor other technicians
• Stay updated on technical knowledge and equipment
• Effectively handle customer complaints and troubleshoot system faults
• Accurately prioritize and schedule job tasks
• Complete all required paperwork and communication
• Provide sales support and identify potential leads
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Report performance issues to supervisor

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Meet all working requirements in specific environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience
• One year of lead or supervisory experience
• 2 yrs of commercial HVAC experience
