Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the employee benefits field. Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update personal insurance accounts with a focus on accuracy and promptness.
- Handle incoming calls and referrals for new business, gathering information and assisting with applications.
- Maintain organized customer files and handle incoming mail on a daily basis.
- Review and process necessary renewals and prepare proposals for new accounts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required, some college coursework preferred.
- Current Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software and agency automation systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range: $35,000-40,000.
- Variable compensation, commissions, and annual bonuses tied to individual and company performance.
