Position Overview:
Seeking a Manager of MEP-Electrical to help build a new division in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have extensive MEP Electrical engineering experience, especially in multi-family, commercial, and residential projects. You will lead all aspects of MEP-Electrical projects from start to finish, collaborating closely with the VP of MEP.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage MEP-Electrical projects, including team recruitment and development.
• Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Build strong client relationships and drive business growth.
• Maintain compliance with codes and manage project budgets.

Qualifications:

• Licensed PE with eligibility for a Texas license in Electrical.
• 8+ years in MEP engineering, focused on multi-family, commercial, and residential projects.
• Proven project management and team leadership skills.
• Strong technical and client management abilities.
• Experience in launching and growing MEP divisions is a plus.
