POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of production machines and plant facilities and for the proper preventative maintenance of the plant and production equipment assigned.
Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and operation of plant waste water system
MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
(i.e., Policies, procedures, etc. for which you are responsible.)
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning Waste Water equipment
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on Waste Water equipment
• Lubricate the equipment on a daily basis
• Replace broken belts, bearings, motors, electrical systems on the Waste Water equipment as necessary
• Monitor and correct the oil levels and oil condition on the Waste Water equipment on a weekly basis
• Calibrate Waste Water equipment to ensure that all parts are running in synch
• Repair light fixtures and replace light bulbs throughout the plant
• Diagnose and repair pipes and plumbing problems throughout the Waste Water plant
• Build machine modifications or system improvements as requested by management
• Perform related duties as assigned
• Keep area clean
• Follow all safety rules
• Always use proper PPE's
• Diagnose and repair waste water plant problems
• Repair pipes and plumbing problems throughout plant
• Repair light fixtures and replace bulbs
• Lubricate motors and related equipment
• Replace broken belts, bearings, motors, and air filters on all related equipment
• Keep areas clean
• Follow all safety rules
• Always use proper PPE's
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
• 2 years of operating a DAF System and willing to obtain state operators license
