POSITION PURPOSE
This role supports Keswick Hall & Club by coordinating all daily maintenance and repair needs across the property, ensuring that grounds, guest areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest luxury standards. The Maintenance Coordinator will prioritize guest safety, oversee work orders, and perform regular inspections to ensure an exceptional environment for all visitors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct routine inspections of facilities and grounds, identifying issues and initiating necessary maintenance tasks.
2. Train, schedule, and supervise the maintenance engineering team to ensure high standards of efficiency and safety.
3. Maintain records of work orders, inventory, and maintenance activities.
4. Oversee scheduling and manage external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair needs.
5. Assist the Director of Facilities (DOF) with ongoing construction projects and perform mechanical repairs as needed.
6. Ensure pool area compliance by obtaining and maintaining pool certification.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety inspections.
8. Support budget tracking, providing regular updates on maintenance costs and project expenses to the Director of Facilities.
9. Apply basic plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical troubleshooting skills to perform maintenance tasks effectively.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. A combination of education and at least two years of relevant experience in facility maintenance, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Valid state-issued driver's license required. Specialized certification in a trade (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
The qualifications listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must possess knowledge of facility maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repair.
Proficiency with computer-based maintenance management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new software as needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and set priorities effectively.
SUPERVISION
Position functions semi-autonomously and supervises up to five maintenance employees. Responsibilities include planning and directing work, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with Keswick Hall & Club policies and standards.
