This role involves providing senior technical support, attending job site and office meetings, and handling emergency situations as they arise.nnResponsibilitiesnnTroubleshoot and solve HVAC rooftop units, make-up air, boiler, chiller, and control system problems.nnAct as the senior technical support for other service team members, answering technical questions and addressing issues.nnAttend job site and office meetings related to assigned projects, if needed.nnBe well-prepared to handle any issues that may arise.nnDependably work in emergency situations when called upon.nnPerform all other duties as assigned.nnEssential Skillsnn10-12 years of commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration.nnStable work history.nnHVAC and brazing license.nnEPA or Universal License.nnType 2 or Universal Refrigerant License.nnAbility to read blueprints.nnExperience in HVAC and refrigeration repair and installation.nnWorking knowledge of all hand and power tools.nnProficiency with specialty tools including Recovery Machine, Multi Meter, and Combustion Analysis.nnStrong technical background.nnExceptional communication skills.nnAbility to manage, lead, motivate, and discipline team members.nnExcellent organizational skills.nnHigh School diploma or GED equivalent.nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnEyesight correctable to 20/50.nnAbility to work long hours on feet.nnAbility to lift and climb ladders and scaffolds.nnAbility to perform shift work.nnWhy Work Here?nnWe offer a long-term opportunity with training and classes to further your knowledge.
