Summary: Seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service, order management support, sales support, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Effectively manage incoming calls, order processing, and inquiries
- Assess and address customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and outside Sales Reps
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Handle complaints and provide solutions within designated time limits
- Assist with pricing administration and supply chain management
- Maintain customer records and engage in proactive customer outreach
Qualification Requirements:
- College education recommended but not required
- 2-4 years of customer support and order management experience preferred
- Experience in supply chain management and forecasting a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
