Client: Real Estate Developer
Employment Type: Temporary (2-3 months) with potential to extend/go permanent
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Schedule: Full time onsite, 9am-5pm
Pay Rate: $21/hr
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and manage calls on a multi-line phone system
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, snacks, and beverages
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Maintain a clean and professional reception lobby area
- Ensure office safety and security procedures are followed
