You'll provide the care that is required to meet the personal primary needs and comfort of your patients based upon your scope of practice, skills and abilities.nnQualificationsnnJob requirements:nnCompletion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program (or military medical specialty training).nnSix months related work experiencennCurrent certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant by the Washington State..nnCurrent American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.nnPlease be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.nnNote: Registered Nursing Assistant: Employees who do not have CNA certification (but otherwise meet the qualifications of the core job) must be assigned to this classification. You must have completed the required 40 hours of clinical experience.
