The Residential Aide will be the primary connection between the operations staff and the clients. The residential aide will spend a large amount of time with the residents. They will spend this time helping client who need more hands on assistance. They will also provide insight to the current atmosphere in the facility and what are the current client complaints or recommendations. Salary $16-$21/HRnnResponsibilities consist of but not limited to:nnPerform Daily room and bed inspectionsnnPack up and log items for AWOL residentsnnEscort client to appointmentsnnAssist in the monitoring and development of resident"s independent living skillsnnMonitor and track furniturennPerform nightly bed countsnnFill in for kitchen staff when necessarynnConflict resolution between residentsnnCover operations desk when necessarynnAnswer phones when necessarynnHelp maintain the cleanliness of the buildingnnMonitor common areas to ensure proper usagennEducation/ License:nnHigh School Diploma or GED required.
