RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including leases, purchase agreements, joint ventures, service agreements, and other business documents.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance issues, and business structuring.
• Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution related to commercial and corporate matters.
• Bill a minimum of 150 hours per month

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Litigation
• Ability to handle a file from inception to trial.
• Admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing).
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
