RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including leases, purchase agreements, joint ventures, service agreements, and other business documents.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance issues, and business structuring.
- Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution related to commercial and corporate matters.
- Bill a minimum of 150 hours per month
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Litigation
- Ability to handle a file from inception to trial.
- Admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing).
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
