RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and develop the firm's environmental law practice, ensuring its continued growth and success.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients in various environmental matters, including regulatory compliance, permitting, litigation, and insurance recovery.
• Actively participate in business development activities, including networking, client relationship management, and marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience practicing environmental law in New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania.
• Strong understanding of federal and state environmental laws and regulations.
• No book of business is required.
