Well established Estate Planning law firm in Palo Alto is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate specializes in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law and is eager to provide high-quality, personalized service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and services to clients on estate planning, trusts, and probate law.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, trusts, estate plans, and power of attorney.
• Conduct research and legal analysis to support legal proceedings and to advise on legal rights and obligations.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, legal assistants, and other staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently.
• Maintain current knowledge of laws, legal articles, and recent court decisions relevant to estate planning.
• Facilitate trust administration and probate proceedings.
• Manage client relationships with professionalism and courtesy.

Educational Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission and good standing to the State Bar of California is required.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in estate planning, elder law, probate law, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
