The ideal candidate specializes in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law and is eager to provide high-quality, personalized service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and services to clients on estate planning, trusts, and probate law.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, trusts, estate plans, and power of attorney.
- Conduct research and legal analysis to support legal proceedings and to advise on legal rights and obligations.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, legal assistants, and other staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently.
- Maintain current knowledge of laws, legal articles, and recent court decisions relevant to estate planning.
- Facilitate trust administration and probate proceedings.
- Manage client relationships with professionalism and courtesy.
Educational Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission and good standing to the State Bar of California is required.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in estate planning, elder law, probate law, or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and effective communication skills.
