Candidate must possess a JD from an accredited law school, and be admitted to practice in New York. Excellent legal writing and communications skills are a must, and candidates with civil litigation experience and legal project management are preferred.

Responsibilities include representing clients in a wide range of medical malpractice and general liability insurance defense claims from beginning to end, including case management, legal research and document drafting, court appearances, depositions, client management and communications, and all discovery matters. Experience with all aspects of these essentials is highly preferred. Prior experience in this specific field of law is also highly preferred.
