Our client is an organization in the Waupaca County area looking for a Senior Director of HR . Our client is looking for someone with 8+ years of experience, collaborative, and has excellent leadership skills. This company offers a collaborative team, positive workplace culture, and competitive benefits. This position is onsite.
The salary for this position $120k - $150k.
The Senior Director of HR will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and support long-term goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Lead organizational development efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs to attract and build a skilled, capable workforce.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and develop HR policies that mitigate risks while supporting company values.
- Perform research and work on special projects as needed.
The Senior Director of HR will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to operate in a fair, unbiased, respectful, and confidential manner at all times.
