The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills, including:

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably within Business and Corporate Law
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities
• Experience appearing and doing oral arguments in State Court
• Experience managing multiple priority projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal theories.
• Conduct due diligence
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Draft and review commercial agreements, contracts, and corporate documents.
• Handle commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract disputes, partnership disputes, and business torts.
• Maintain regular communication with clients
• Manage all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
