Job Title: Trial Attorney/ Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trial Attorney in General Litigation Department to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload from the initial file opening through discovery and resolution, including trial. This role requires a strong background in litigation, excellent trial skills, and the ability to handle cases independently.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in New Jersey and New York is required.
• Experience in General Litigation Department, with a proven track record of handling cases to verdict.
• Strong trial skills, including actual trial experience to verdict.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service.
