Job Title: Quality Manager – Industrial Manufacturing

Job Summary:

As a Quality Manager, you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance within our industrial manufacturing processes. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. You'll lead a team of quality professionals, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure process consistency and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Leadership: Manage the quality assurance function across the facility, ensuring that all processes, from raw materials to finished goods, meet established quality standards.

Team Management: Lead, develop, and mentor the quality control team, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and quality objectives.

Compliance & Certification: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, certifications, and regulations such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other applicable certifications.

Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement processes.

Quality Audits: Oversee and participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring that corrective actions are taken as needed.

Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with customers to understand their quality requirements and address any quality-related concerns or complaints.

Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and statistical analysis to identify trends and root causes, driving improvements in processes and product quality.

Collaboration: Partner with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Supplier Quality: Manage supplier quality control and audits to ensure that incoming materials meet quality specifications.

Requirements:

5+ years of quality management experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001.

Proven experience leading teams and managing quality systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Expertise in quality audits, process control, and compliance with industry standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
