Position Overview: As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and establishing ESPO Corporation as a premier staffing partner nationwide. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calls, networking, and industry events.
- Understand the staffing needs and challenges faced by potential clients.
Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor staffing solutions.
Solution Presentation:
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing ESPO's services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Market Insight:
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights to adapt strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in new business development and B2B sales, preferably in staffing or recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
