Our client, a commercial-stage biotechnology company, is looking to bring on a skilled attorney (director-level) to advise on a range of commercial activities, including ad/promo review, market access, health care laws, etc.

This person will be responsible for:

• Reviewing promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with relevant FDA rules and regulations
• Drafting and negotiating agreements with GPOs, payers, distributors, health care providers, etc.
• Supporting with other matters on an ad hoc basis, including HR matters, litigation and disputes, etc.

You should apply if you have:

• JD and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Promotional/marketing review experience within the life sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of health care laws and regulations.
