Our client, a pharmaceutical company, is looking to bring on a commercialization/brand attorney at the Associate General Counsel level (reporting into the General Counsel) to support on all commercial pharma matters.

This person will be responsible for:

• Reviewing promotional and advertising materials to ensure compliance with relevant FDA rules and regulations
• Drafting and negotiating commercial and supply contracts, including but not limited to MSAs, supply and distribution agreements, license agreements.
• Supporting with other matters on an ad hoc basis, including HR matters, litigation and disputes, etc.

• Pharma promotional/marketing review experience
• Privacy experience and certification a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience within the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
