Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team, focusing on customer service business processes. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Amazon Connect and will work closely with Amazon to ensure the successful delivery and management of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee customer service business process projects from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with the client (Amazon) to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Utilize Amazon Connect tools to enhance customer service processes and outcomes.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
- Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving to address project challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in customer service business processes.
- Exposure to Amazon Connect or similar customer service tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
